By creating an account, subscribing, accessing, or using the platform, businesses, agents, professionals, and users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Daleel LB operates as a directory, visibility, and promotional platform designed to help businesses, professionals, services, and products become discoverable across municipalities, cities, and regions.
2. Platform Services
Daleel LB allows businesses, professionals, service providers, and product sellers to create public listings, showcase their information, improve visibility, and manage their digital presence through the platform. Platform features, operational structures, subscriptions, visibility systems, municipality pages, and platform services may be modified, expanded, restricted, or removed at any time depending on operational and development requirements.
3. Accounts & Listings
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity performed through their accounts. Businesses and users remain fully responsible for all information, photos, phone numbers, descriptions, contact details, products, services, and content published on their listings. Fake accounts, misleading information, impersonation, illegal activity, abusive behavior, spam, or fraudulent usage are strictly prohibited.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Daleel LB currently operates using yearly subscriptions through approved payment methods including Wish Money and other supported methods. Subscriptions are currently non-refundable and subject to future pricing updates or operational changes. If a subscription expires, listings may become hidden, accounts may become frozen, and dashboard access may become restricted until renewal.
5. Visibility & Listings
Daleel LB is designed to improve business visibility and digital presence. While One Zone Agency strives to maintain platform quality and functionality, the platform does not guarantee customer traffic, lead generation, search ranking, sales performance, or business growth. Listing visibility may vary depending on:
- category and location
- platform activity and operational rules
- future ranking systems and subscription structures
- promotional activities
6. Municipality & Regional Pages
Daleel LB may organize businesses and listings using municipalities, districts, regions, cities, or dedicated subdomains for categorization and visibility purposes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, municipality pages and regional pages do not represent official municipality partnerships, affiliations, sponsorships, or governmental representation.
7. Shared Ecosystem Accounts
Daleel LB may share authentication and profile information with connected ecosystem platforms operated by One Zone Agency, including Yawmiye Deals, in order to simplify onboarding, reduce duplicate registrations, and improve user experience. Separate dashboards, systems, subscriptions, and operational structures may still apply between platforms.
8. Communications & Notifications
By using the platform, users agree that One Zone Agency may send operational emails, marketing emails, WhatsApp communications, announcements, promotional campaigns, future push notifications, and ecosystem-related communications. Users may request communication preference updates where applicable.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, systems, workflows, designs, municipality structures, databases, graphics, operational mechanics, software, and intellectual property associated with Daleel LB remain the exclusive property of One Zone Agency unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, imitate, reverse engineer, commercially reuse, or exploit any part of the platform without written authorization. Businesses grant One Zone Agency permission to use publicly available listings, business names, descriptions, images, logos, and publicly visible content for marketing, advertising, social media, promotional, educational, and platform showcase purposes.
10. Fraud, Abuse & Platform Protection
Daleel LB strictly prohibits fake listings, misleading information, impersonation, spam, illegal activity, scraping, abusive conduct, or misuse of the platform. Accounts or listings violating platform policies may be restricted, suspended, frozen, flagged, or permanently removed, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. Users may contact support to appeal suspensions or restrictions.
11. Liability Limitation
Daleel LB acts as a directory, visibility, and promotional platform. Businesses remain fully responsible for their listings, products, services, customer interactions, legal compliance, published information, and operational activity. One Zone Agency shall not be held liable for scams, disputes, customer dissatisfaction, business misconduct, inaccurate listings, financial losses, indirect damages, or operational interruptions resulting from platform usage.
12. Platform Changes
One Zone Agency reserves the right to modify features, pricing, subscriptions, municipality structures, visibility systems, platform rules, operational mechanics, account limitations, and platform functionality at any time without prior notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Lebanon.

Yawmiye Deals allows businesses and agents to publish offers, promotions, discounts, and rewards while using the integrated Yawmiye Loyalty & Rewards System to improve customer retention and customer engagement. Platform features, operational mechanics, subscription structures, and loyalty systems may be modified, expanded, restricted, or removed at any time depending on platform requirements and operational decisions.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, and all activities performed under their accounts. Fake accounts, impersonation, reward manipulation, platform abuse, fraudulent activity, or illegal use of the platform are strictly prohibited.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Yawmiye Deals currently operates using yearly subscriptions through approved payment methods, including Wish Money and other supported methods. Subscriptions are currently non-refundable and subject to future pricing changes or operational updates. If a subscription expires, offers may become hidden, dashboards may become restricted, and accounts may become frozen until renewal.
5. Early Access Pricing
Yawmiye Deals may provide limited early access pricing periods. Early access pricing may change, expire, or be modified at any time without prior notice. Businesses joining early may benefit from early ecosystem positioning, increased visibility opportunities, and access to current pricing before future adjustments.
6. Offers & Promotions
Businesses using Yawmiye Deals are generally expected to maintain at least one active offer on the platform. Offers typically range between a minimum of 5% discount and a maximum of 70% discount except for approved exceptions. Businesses remain fully responsible for offer accuracy, pricing, stock availability, expiration dates, redemption conditions, customer communication, and honoring published offers.
7. Yawmiye Loyalty & Rewards System
Yawmiye Deals includes the integrated Yawmiye Loyalty & Rewards System, allowing businesses to reward customers, attach loyalty rewards to offers, create redeemable rewards, encourage repeat visits, and improve customer retention. Businesses may choose whether or not to activate loyalty rewards on individual offers.
8. Loyalty Rewards & Limits
Loyalty rewards remain subject to platform-defined minimums, maximums, operational controls, fairness regulations, anti-abuse mechanisms, and ecosystem limitations. Rewards may expire after one year and may be modified, adjusted, suspended, or removed whenever necessary to maintain operational integrity and ecosystem balance.
9. Reward Types
Yawmiye Deals supports both private and public rewards. Private rewards may only be redeemed using rewards earned from the same participating business, while public rewards may be redeemed using combined rewards earned across multiple participating businesses.
10. Reward Availability & Redemption Limits
Businesses may define reward quantities, redemption limits per user, availability restrictions, and reward conditions. One Zone Agency does not guarantee reward availability, successful redemption, or permanent reward access.
11. Shared Ecosystem Accounts
Yawmiye Deals may share authentication and profile information with connected One Zone Agency ecosystem platforms, including Daleel Lebanon / Daleel LB, in order to simplify onboarding, reduce duplicate registrations, and improve user experience.
12. Communications & Notifications
By using the platform, users agree that One Zone Agency may send operational emails, marketing emails, WhatsApp communications, platform announcements, promotional campaigns, and future push notifications related to platform usage, updates, subscriptions, or offers.
13. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, software, workflows, designs, systems, loyalty structures, databases, graphics, operational mechanics, and intellectual property associated with Yawmiye Deals remain the exclusive property of One Zone Agency unless otherwise stated. 14. Fraud, Abuse & Platform Protection

Accounts violating platform rules may be flagged, suspended, restricted, frozen, or permanently removed.
